How to Use:
Apply to clean skin without foundation or primer. Shape brows with pencil, then create hair-like strokes with the brush-tip pen. Use pencil to fill sparse areas and define arch. Flick upward strokes in mid-center and tail ends. Start with less product to avoid heavy finish. Apply brow gel after for depth and hold.
