Draw on a flat surface to ensure the ink flows to the tip. Start at the base of your brow and apply hair-like strokes in the direction of hair growth, focusing on sparse areas. Continue adding strokes throughout your brow for more detail. After every five to six strokes, let the ink dry, then blend using the spoolie brush.Pro Tips: Use the spoolie brush to fix any mistakes.
