How to Use: Use short pressing motions to stroke precision tip along brows to define and shape. Brush through with the tiny tapered brush to blend and build volume. Stroke more to build thicker-looking brows, starting at inner edge and moving outward. For fullest results, glide brush against hair growth from tail, allow color to settle, then brush hairs back into place.
