How to Use

• Smooth lips with an exfoliant.
• Dab on Lip Fetish Sheer Color Balm (sold separately) to soften and fill texture.
• Wear alone by swiping applicator across lips, repeat if desired.
• Shape and define with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil (sold separately) along lip contours.
• Apply as a topper over base lip color concentrating center of lips.
• Fill lips with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil and blend with lip brush, finish with Lust Gloss.
