How to Use
- Always use fingers to apply. Swirl finger in pan to warm up formula for smooth application.
- For a sheer wash of sparkle, pat onto a bare lid with the finger.
- For a spotlight effect, pack or layer it on the center of the lid with the finger.
- Use as a topper to amplify your existing look with translucent luminosity.
